Frequently Asked Questions
About Nabella Health
-
Dr. Safdieh is a licensed physician trained in both conventional and integrative medicine — she can prescribe medication, order the same diagnostics as a conventional doctor, and also evaluate the root contributors a standard visit often misses. That combination, paired with hands-on health coaching, is central to how Nabella Health practices.
-
Nabella Health provides preventative care for women, men, and families including young adults and teenagers.
-
We recommend that you maintain a primary care physician for routine physical examinations and care that may require in-office testing or services we do not provide, such as EKGs, in-house blood draws, viral testing, or urgent same-day evaluation. When needed, we work alongside your primary care physician and specialists so that your care remains coordinated and comprehensive.
